Its Been a Busy Time

So I must first apologise that the blog has not been updated for three weeks!!

I have had one or two things going on, and have neglected the ladies at group dreadfully, but I know (hope) that they will forgive me.

We have a mix of Monday and Wednesday pics for you. I wont say too much, just let you see what's been going on

Ena's VERY large Dorset Button

Barbara's Japanese folded bag. Love the Lime!
Bernice is working on a Sashiko piece. She attended a workshop and talk by Susan Briscoe at Barton Patchers

These appliqué floral blocks are to be corner posts in Elizabeth's current project
Jackie is also working on an appliqué project. She is making 3 quilts for little girls.
Lynda (of the new Grandson ) is making a new quilt for Rowan. She made another lovely quilt that  transported up to Scotland and when she arrived, she decided that the quilt didn't suit the baby! So back it came to be saved for a future birth, and had started this quilt from the   Jelly Babies book. some great designs here.
much richer colours than the original
Maggie has finished her stained glass style quilt
Bit out of focus, sorry!
We have a new lady (Lesley) joined us. She is working on a Quilt As You Go project.
I love the star fabric
And a beautiful bunch of the sweetest smelling Sweet Peas were brought in - some rather classy wrapping-
such pretty flowers
Jan has finished her appliqué quilt

It was lovely to see Angela back after (6?) weeks absence. The photo doesn't show much work but look at the BIG slice of cake tucked behind the bit box.
